3. General Terms of Sale (CGV) & Intervention Rules
(0) Quotations are free of charge.
(1) Any additional service not specified in the original estimate will be subject to a complementary quotation or addendum signed by the client prior to execution.
(2) Payment of the initial deposit constitutes formal acceptance and a binding contract.
(3) Preparatory work on site must be completed prior to Raynovation Laser's arrival.
(4) For distance sales, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day following quote acceptance.
(5) In the event of a dispute, mediation will be initiated first to reach an amicable agreement.
(6) A preliminary test on approximately 25 cm x 25 cm can be performed upon simple request.
(7) Outdoor operations require dry weather. In case of adverse weather conditions, interventions may be postponed without penalty or discount.
(8) For public space interventions, the client must obtain official municipal authorization (Mairie) at least 1 week before work starts.
(9) Electrical power supply (220V - 16A Max socket) must be made available on site by the client during the intervention.
(10) Laser Safety is paramount. Class IV laser operation requires strict safety compliance. Work areas will be marked and restricted exclusively to authorized personnel wearing mandatory PPE.
4. Payment Terms & Accepted Methods
• Payment Terms:
> Deposit upon signing estimate: 30% of total TTC amount.
> Balance upon work completion: 70% of total TTC amount.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
> Electronic payments: QR Code, secure payment link, or instant bank transfer.
